This is a Crimson-bellied conure (Pyrrhura p. perlata) named Jabber she is one of our breeding hens. The crimson comes from parts of Brazil and the amazon in South America. They are still on the rare side as far as breeding goes and are about the same size as a green cheek conure but a little stockier. These little birds make great pets and are one of our favorites here at something cheeky. Best way we can describe them is they have the personality of a sun conure with out the load squaking.

This picture is of a juvenile crimson-bellied conure. They get their crimson red bellies around six months to a year old.

Below are a pair of White Ear conure's (Pyrrhura griseipectus) also known as a Grey Breasted conure. They come from  Ceará in northeast Brazil. They say there is less than 250 adults of this species remaining in the wild for that reason we will not be selling these conure's for pets due to they are critically endangered. We are in the process of starting are breeding program with them.Hopefully next year we will be acquiring another sub-species of the white ear known as emma's those we will be selling for pets
